Jay SchrecengostAttorney

Jay is from California, where he practiced consumer rights law and has won settlements from every major automotive manufacturer many times over.

He graduated cum laude from California State University Los Angeles in the top 5% of his class and graduated from Whittier Law School in the top 20% while working full time at Tesla.

His home is in Lincoln with his wife Becky and young daughter, Sierra.  Jay works in the personal injury division of our Lincoln and Broken Bow offices, and will travel anywhere in Nebraska to meet a client, anytime.

When he isn’t working (rare), he loves mountain biking, snowboarding, and the five-string banjo.  Jay is licensed to practice law in California and Nebraska.
